  16. It has been awhile since i used vms v.5. I could be wrong, but 
  17. i remember something about a vax not being able to do 19.2.
  18. Also make sure you are not getting a 14.4 connection. The vms 
  19. systems i used could not set a terminal speed to 14.4.
